About
Founder - Gary Mitchell
I am a commercially astute Human Resources Director with 25 years experience operating at the most senior levels. I have worked in global matrix organisations and with brands like Hilton and IHG as well as smaller Private Equity backed high growth companies and family businesses. I have worked in different environments including retail, hospitality, legal, claims, professional services and credit hire sectors. I have ability to operate and influence at board level as well as work with and inspire more junior talent. I am experienced in developing leadership models and performance frameworks as well as organisationally aligned strategy design and delivery. I'm a qualified and accredited professional executive coach and my passion is seeing people and organisations achieve their goals.

I have successfully steered business' onto the Sunday Times Top 100 Employers list as well as designed and implemented award winning leadership and performance management models. Amongst my proudest achievements are seeing former direct reports go on to achieve so much in their careers, including leading HR functions in the tech industry and credit hire industry, taking senior roles in global brands like Microsoft and running HR functions in prestigious law firms.
